Types of adventures

For every adventure we pick you up from your hotel/guesthouse, within a circle with a radius of about 15 km around our location (includes downtown Chiang Mai). From there we bring you to our location. We will pick you up about 1-0,5 hour before start of the adventure and if possible confirm a more exact pick-up time the day before your adventure starts.

Before you start booking your adventure we want to explain which type of adventures we provide. We offer short adventures, half-day adventures and full-day adventures for individuals and groups.

For bigger private groups who don’t join in with others we might be able to agree special conditions. Like coming with your own transportation, something we don’t want with join-in groups, because we want to make sure everyone arrives on time.  Or maybe your group wants to start at a different time. You are free to ask, just contact us.

For all adventures a guide shows you the most interesting locations around Chiang Mai. We don’t visit the big tourist sites, but the smaller, equally interesting sites and the real local life experience. You can find details on the adventures booking pages.

Please be aware that we offer just one frame size of our E-bikes. Of course we can adjust the saddle, but still we advise a minimum length of about 150 cm. We also think that our E-bikes and adventures are less suitable for children, that´s why we decided not to offer smaller bicycles. For the one star rated adventures you can contact us to ask us if a kids seat (open, children 1-4 yr) or trailer bike (=tag-along, open, self-pedal, children 5-9 yr) is available, higher rated adventures are not suitable for bike trailers and trailer bikes. If you have small children we also offer one of the parents to stay at our place. Here facilities are available, while the other parent goes cycling with the older child(ren).

Details, Prices and Payment

Details about our adventures and prices can be found by selecting one of the adventure packages below. You can book through the website till early in the evening the day before the adventure. If you want to book late in the evening for the very next day and the time slot is already closed, please contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will try to fit you into our program.

Note: During the booking process you can choose to pay by credit/debit card, PayPal (you don’t have to join PayPal) or cash on arrival. If you don’t have PayPal or credit/debit card at all, please contact us for alternative payment.

For PayPal sometimes the payment screen is in Thai language, the reason is not always clear. Most common reason is using a Thai simcard. If you have the PayPal app on your phone the screen will use the language that is selected in your app, but if you don’t have the app it will select the language matching your simcard.

There is an easy solution: If you scroll to the bottom of the payment screen, you will find the word Thai in blue Thai letters (ไทย), followed by a dropdown arrow. If you click on this dropdown menu you can select English.
